Artur Janta-Lipinski was born in Miastko, Poland, and has brought his rich cultural heritage and passion for food to the heart of Southwest Florida. After settling in Port Charlotte, Artur made his mark on the local dining scene in 2017 by successfully operating Artur’s Phil’s 41 in Punta Gorda.
On November 10, 2020, Artur became the proud new owner of Howard’s Restaurant, continuing his commitment to quality and hospitality. Known for its home-style cooking, diverse menu, and reasonable prices, Artur's Restaurant offers a welcoming experience with a mix of classic American favorites and beloved Polish dishes.
In January 2025, Artur expanded his culinary vision with the opening of Lipinski’s Tavern in Cape Haze, Florida—his second location and a testament to his growing influence in the regional restaurant industry.
